If you’ve been keeping track of MistaVybeWorld.com as well as my Twitter and Facebook pages, then you know I’ve been a busy SUPERMODELROCKSTAR… once again, my apologies for not updating as often a we all would have liked, but I’ve been working like crazy handling business (and having a little fun in between too). I know you already read Part 1 and Part 2 of my Toronto Update series, and now it’s time for Part 3! So where to begin? Hmmm…

Well firstly, I’ve been busy hitting all the relevant radio mix-shows up here in “The Cold” one after the other. If you were paying attention, maybe you caught me on 89.5 CIUT-FM with DJ Chief and Princess Nadia for IslandBreezin’ a couple Fridays back. Or maybe you were part of the internet Crew that heard me co-host several hours of The Eye Opener show TSWRadio.com alongside my bredrin The Ultimate Sting. Hmm… or did you hear me with the dyamnic duo of Kid Kut and Jester on the infamous X-Files Mixshow live on Globe-Radio.com.

Yup – we went HARD last couple weeks. Why? Because we’ve been promoting my Christmas release “Little Drummer Boy” (off the “Caribbean Soul Christmas” album from Ma$tamind Productions). Btw – if you haven’t gotten your album yet, then GO GET ONE NOW from TrinidadTunes.com!

Another reason we went so hard on radio and interviews etc., is because we’ve also been celebrating the launch of my BRAND NEW Carnival 2010 single  “Jam In d Road”, produced by Andrew Phillip and The HiTTLab team (out of TnT).

Thanks to everyone who gave us positive feedback – the response has truly been amazing. You guys have me ITCHING to start working on a RoadMix for the song already (yes DJs, I heard you guys lol), and it hasn’t even been out a good TWO WEEKS yet! Again – truly amazing. Stay tuned for more on that developing story. *wink*

Special shout to and Trinimix/TriniPosse, MusicJungle3000 and the Nurse Karen Etc blog as well. I’m happy to report that all three of these high-profile Soca/Caribbean blogs featured posts on “Jam In De Road” and our 5-day Free Download offer (which is  now expired). What else? Hmm… Toronto has been full of inspiration for me even when I’m “off duty” (which is rare lol). In the last updates I told you about going to see Jay-Z perform, and this time around I’m happy to report that not only was a I totally inspired by Michael Jackson’s iconic “This Is It” documentary film (sooooooo getting the DVD for that one!), but I also JUST had the pleasure of attending an AWE-INSPIRING concert by the incredibly unique (and insanely gifted) Lady Gaga.

I’d love to tell you guys much more about how amazing Gaga’s show was, but until the official blog post for that little adventure goes up, all I can say is that the Lady Gaga concert blog is COMING VERY SOON! *grin*

Just to whet your appetites, here’s a sneak peek at what we saw before the show even started (lol). NO, none of these people is the REAL Gaga – THESE were just a FEW of the paying patrons who dressed up in freaky Gaga-esque attire for the concert! Nuff said.

Before I wrap up this blog post, here’s a FEW THINGS you want to pay attention to…

1) Look out for the “Soca Certified Smash” Mixtape by “Toronto’s Most Versatile DJ, Jester, hosted by (Yours Truly) Mista Vybe! To get you guys in the mood, take a sneak preview of two of the HOTTTTT remixes we did for that project by clicking here. If you love the song (which we already KNOW you do, lol), and you want to hear it more often on your favourite radio station then CALL THEM UP AND REQUEST “JAM IN DE ROAD” NOW!!! Remember – YOU have the POWER! Now GO GET EM! lol
