“AMAZING” is literally the only word that can truly capture all the great strides myself and MistaVybeWorld.com have made in the last week or so. So many Blessings, so little time – for real. Matter of fact I’ve been soo busy handling business that I haven’t been able to blog as often as I would have liked but today is the beginning of me fixing that with this quick update as to all the many WONDERFUL things that happened this week! Here’s a fast recap in case you missed it.

The ball started rolling last Wednesday (October 14th, 2009), when my Team and I found out that Yours Truly (AKA Mista Vybe inna yuh Dancehall again) was rated the 23rd Most Followed Caribbean Celebrity on Twitter!!! (NOTE: I was originally Number 22 but everyone on the original list was moved down one notch when the Compiler of the list realized they forgot to include Dancehall star Beenie Man – but hey – I’m still in the TOP 25 right? lol!)

Less than 24 hours later, myself and the MistaVybeWorld crew were even more thrilled to find out that MistaVybeWorld.com (and by extensions Yours Truly) was featured on Russell Simmons’ famed Hip Hop and Pop Culture website GlobalGrind.com! Go check the post on the Media Page for more on that amazing accomplishment. (I’m still wowed every time I think about that one – wayyyyyyy!!!)

By Thursday night I was in chilly Toronto, linking up with my manager (Joanne Marcano of Real Mark Global and The Marcano Management Group) and getting used to T.O.’s frosty weather (which I’m still not fully able to handle, up to this day btw… Who say “2 Jackets?” lol).

I had to keep it on the Down Low for a bit when I first arrived in T.O. cause only my Team and I knew that I had been asked to make a special Surprise Guest Appearance at a big event in the T-Dot… but more on that later.

Before the Big Event on Saturday night, myself and the T.O. arm of the MistaVybeWorld Team (Joanne and the ever-so-helpful Sandhya Khanna) managed to hit up the mall to make sure I was fresh to death for my show. In addition, we stopped over at Miss Niya‘s to have a meeting about possibly doing some work with her,  promoting her men’s accessories line, The Bloke Society.

The meeting was awesome, as you will see in the related Blog Post, which contains some BIG NEWS about a COOL NEW PROJECT that Niya and I are embarking on. ;-)

In addition to the Blog about me and the Bloke Society, you will also see plenty of Miss Niya’s bubbly personality in living colour on your computer screen very soon, when the episodes of “2 D World: Toronto” start being shown on MistaVybeWorld.com. Oh wait – didn’t I mention that we started taping the second season of my Online Reality show here in the T-Dot? Yup – Season 2 of “2DW” (“2 D World!”) will be based in Toronto and we’ve already got plenty footage and much more still to shoot.

On Saturday night, I finally dropped the peroverbial bomb on Toronto by making a Surprise Appearance and doing a quick performance at “Soca Summit” (D Enforcas 15th Anniversary Party at Embers Banquet Hall). Needless to say there’s a whole blog post about THAT too lol.

Last but not least, Management and I linked up with one of Toronto’s favourite DJs – the one and only Jester – to have a meeting about an idea for an upcoming project that I’m sure you guys will LOVE. I’m not letting the cat out of the bag as to exactly what we’re up to yet, but I’m happy to inform you that we had a GREAT meeting with (and a bad-ass lime afterward) with Jester and Doc JonesHD (AKA Cerdic, AKA Drama lol). Big tingz a gwan people – stay tuned for more on the upcoming ThisIsJester.com-meets-MistaVybeWorld.com collaboration. It’s yet another MistaVybeWorld.com FIRST that’s gonna blow your mind – TRUST ME.

Last but by NO means LEAST, I’m happy to announce that I just crossed 500 Followers on Twitter and, as of of THIS Blog Post, my Facebook Fan Page count stands at an impressive 1950 Fans – only 50 away from 2000! Wow – thanks for supporting me – keep on doing so and tell all your peeps to join up as well because we’ve got some special treats in store for both my Twitter family and my Facebook Fan Club as well… details shortly on that. ;-)

Wow – so many blessings, and I haven’t even been in Toronto a full week yet! Can you imagine what’s coming up NEXT? *evil grin*
